Linda is a native of San Antonio. She has always been passionate about helping people, in particular helping them realize their dreams.
She has been in the building industry for more than 20 years. Linda and her former partner formed a successful custom home building business that is still successfully thriving today. She is now exclusively the General Manager for UBuildIt San Antonio and UBuildIt Schertz. She loves the UBuildIt concept of helping owner builders realize their dreams.
Juan Rodriguez - Construction Consultant
Juan Rodrigues has been in the building industry for more than twenty years. In his thirteen year tenure with UBuildIt, Juan has worked on projects from eight hundred square feet to projects that are ten thousand square feet.. Juan truly loves working with his UBuildIt clients and takes great pride in helping them build their dream homes. Juan is an excellent communicator and works very well with our subcontractors. Juan is a great asset to our UBuildIt team.
Larry Wagner - Senior Planning Consultant
Larry brings a half century of construction experience to the UBuildIt family. He has experience in residential and commercial construction. Larry has built every kind of project from barns and million dollar homes to light commercial. He continuously works hard to communicate with his clients through out the design and budgeting process. He understands the home is an extention of his client's tastes and visions and makes it his goal to assist reaching those in the final procuct.
Pete Gonzalez - Planning Coordinator
Pete has close to 20 years’ experience in customer service and 11 years here at UBuildIt! From being promoted from a sales consultant to a planning coordinator, Pete has helped our clients tremendously throughout the entire process. As a planning coordinator, Pete is responsible for recruiting vendors and subcontractors, assisting with the draw process for clients, as well as assist our Planning Consultant by gathering bids and scheduling meetings. Being bi-lingual has allowed him to step in and help our clients communicate with sub-contractors and vendors, and vice versa. Pete strives to deliver excellence and integrity to our clients and keep an open line of communication. In his spare time, you can catch Pete watching the Dallas Cowboys, spending quality time with his grandchildren, and traveling.
Tony Garritano - Sales Consultant
Tony is a Central Michigan graduate who has 30+ years experience in marketing, sales, & land acquisition. Prior to his arrival at UBuildIt, he was the Regional Sales Manager at Pioneer Fincial Services, General Manager & Partner at U.S Security- Austin, and the General Manger & Partner at CTE Land Group. Tony is a family man who loves to travel and is a sports enthusiast, especially when it comes to football! He is involved in the University of Notre Dame as a Parish Member. In his spare time, he volunteers with the Boys & Girls club, coaching the youth of our community. Tony understands that each person walks into UBuildIt with a dream of homeownership and he is committed to turning that dream into a reality.
